Stance

Craft over hype.

Four parameters every technical decision at nuschel tech has to stand up to — from the architecture down to the interface.

01

A tool, not an architect.

AI is a ruthlessly good tool but a lousy architect. We do not deploy blind copy-and-paste rubbish — we ship surgically polished code that we understand completely.

02

Beautiful, because ugly is annoying.

Just because software handles complex data does not mean it has to look like a dusty server dashboard from 2010. We build exceptionally clean, fast interfaces — simply because ugly systems get in the way.

03

Our own ground to stand on.

The cloud is convenient, but vendor lock-in is a mistake. We design our infrastructure so that control and data always stay on ground we own.

04

Live beats perfect.

The best code in the world is worthless if it rots in a local branch forever. We pour a solid foundation, raise the UI and take things live instead of planning them to death.

The constant. Products evolve, roadmaps shift — the parameters stay. Every project at nuschel tech is measured against them.

Who builds this

One person, not an apparatus.

nuschel tech is built and run by Nico Thomas Henkel — a trained freight forwarding agent and IHK-certified IT specialist. Owner-operated, with direct responsibility for every technical decision.

ADHD shapes the way things get done: one mind running several fields at once instead of settling on a single one. That is exactly how MultaEnhavo came about — nuschel tech is the area where it turns into software. Behind it stands one person with a clear course, not an anonymous agency.

From the MultaEnhavo playbook

Five principles, one company.

These principles apply to the whole brand — to every area of MultaEnhavo, not just the software.

1. Many building sites, on purpose

Several projects in parallel — not chaos, but by design: one idea leads to the next.

2. Out beats perfect

Publish things instead of refining them forever.

3. Real, not polished

An honest picture, even when something goes sideways.

4. Build it, run it

From the video to the server: most of it is made and operated in-house.

5. One person, not an apparatus

Decisions are made by a human with a name — short paths, clear responsibility.

Built ourselves. Run ourselves. Fully understood.

The four parameters add up to one engineering principle: systems are developed on the infrastructure they will later run on — with a stack that stays under our own control all the way down.
